2. When will my payment be processed?
Payments are processed at checkout. Your order will not ship until payment is successfully received and authorized. Once complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
3. Is everything priced in USD?
Yes. All product prices on www.nuagewears.com are listed in USD. If you're using an international card, your bank may apply conversion fees.
4. Will I be charged sales tax?
Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and in accordance with local tax laws.
5. My payment didn’t go through—what should I do?
First, verify that your billing info and available funds are correct. If the issue persists, contact your bank or card provider. Orders are only processed once payment is successful.
6. Does Nuage protect against fraud?
Absolutely. For your protection, Nuage may request verification or cancel suspicious orders. If we need more information, we’ll reach out via info@nuagewears.com.
7. What’s your return policy?
We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items. Guidelines include:
One pair per style/size may be returned.
Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags and packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Email info@nuagewears.com with your order number to begin the return process.
8. Can I exchange my item?
Yes, under the same conditions as returns:
One pair per style/size may be exchanged.
Items must be in new, unworn condition.
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days.
All returns and exchanges are by mail. Customers cover return shipping costs.
9. How and when will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
10. How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
U.S. orders: Delivered in 3–5 business days.
International orders: Delivered in 5–8 business days, depending on customs.
11. How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over $60 (U.S. & international).
$6.90 flat rate for orders under $60.
12. How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking to activate.
13. My tracking says "delivered" but I can’t find my order. What now?
Check your mailbox (our packages are compact).
