At Nuage, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read below for details on how our shipping process works.
Shipping Details
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 12:00 AM (midnight) will begin processing the next business day.
Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Fulfillment Time: Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after being placed.
Shipping Method: We ship via Standard Express Shipping (Economy).

U.S. Orders (Continental U.S.):
Free shipping on all orders over $60
$6.90 flat rate for orders under $60
International Orders (including Canada):
Free shipping on orders over $60
$6.90 flat rate for orders under $60
Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic Orders (Continental U.S.):
3–5 business days after the order ships
International Orders:
5–8 business days after the order ships (depending on customs clearance)
Where’s My Order?
After your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking info to activate.
Note: If you place an order over the weekend (Friday evening to Sunday), it will be processed and shipped on Monday.

Tracking Issues
Tracking Not Updating?
No worries — tracking numbers may take 1–2 business days to update from “pre-shipment” status.
Tracking Says Delivered But You Can’t Find It?
Check your mailbox – our soft envelope packages are designed to fit inside.
Check with a neighbor, doorman, roommate, or family member.
